About Dude2Dude

Built by a man who lived it.

Dude2Dude was born in a hospital recovery room.

In February 2026, Ron Brumbarger had open-heart surgery. His recovery went well — not because of anything the hospital did after discharge, but because he had friends who had been through it, checked on him, and walked with him. He watched other men leave the same ward and go home to silence.

That gap is why Dude2Dude exists.

Ron is not a first-time founder with an idea. Over 35 years he has built and successfully exited three companies, served on more than 30 boards and civic organizations across Indiana, and been recognized by KPMG as one of the 7 Most Influential Business Leaders in Indiana. He founded Team Monocles, a volunteer investigative team trusted by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department to assist in solving cold cases. He has served as a volunteer consultant with Wycliffe Bible Translators' Global Partnerships, designing and leading innovation workshops in Ethiopia and Kenya.

A lifelong Hoosier, Ron has called Indianapolis home for 35 years. He and his wife Cindy have been married for 34 years, are the proud parents of two married sons, and are already grandparents once over — with a second granddaughter arriving in July.

He built Dude2Dude because no man should go home from cardiac surgery and figure it out alone.

Dude2Dude is a product of Woodsage Partners, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana.
